Never did we think beauties like these would land!!!!

Firstly we have a banging collab between and the wonderful Maze, a whole cone pale ale at 5.6% don't worry, you won't get lost trying to find it
Next we have the utterly delicious Pim which from start to finish is made using Organic farming and organic brewing which is the future. Waves of organic Citra® from Yakima Chief Hops on a bed of fluffy organic malts, fermented with a beautiful organic yeast she graces your palate at yet again 5.6%

Notice of Closure

We wish to inform our customers that Maison du Biere will be closed on Wednesday, 29th January, to honour the funeral of Shaun, a beloved member of the Maison family.

Shaun tragically passed away on Christmas Eve in a road accident in Lincoln, and his cheeky smile and warm presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

We kindly ask everyone to be respectful during this time and welcome you to join us instead on Thursday, 30th January.

Just to reiterate, MDB will be closed on Wednesday, 29th January, and reopening on Thursday as usual.

Unfortunately due to our staff member being poorly we are not opening the shop and tap today Thursday 9th January , but will be back open as normal tomorrow Friday 10th January.

In light of all the information from the weather centre we have decided to put everyone’s safety first and not open the shop and tap tomorrow Sunday 5th January but if all is good we should be open as normal on Wednesday 8th January. Stay safe everybody and wrap up well

This Christmas, we’re raising a glass to new beginnings! 🍻

In February 2025 Franck Houssaye will step in as our new owner of Maison Du Biere at Elsecar Heritage Centre.

Nigel will still be around, helping advise Franck and the team with years of unmatched knowledge in the craft beer industry.

Don’t worry - Jenny will still be here advising on what beers you need in your life and our incredible team remains unchanged, ready to keep delivering the great service you love.
