That’s Christmas for another year! And what an awesome year it was! Thanks to all of our lovely customers for making the job a very enjoyable one…it’s a long aul’ haul for us but we got there & in good fashion!

From the UNESCO world heritage wine region, the Nebbiolo grape will dominate this unique tasting as we sample the globally renowned wines of Barbaresco & Barolo from village level up to highly sought after and collectable single vineyard cru. Including the uncorking of some very rare library vintages! But before that we will experience the great appeal of Arneis, tiny production single cru Langhe Chardonnay and Barbera.

Come and join us in our Groomsport store where we’re opening this fantastic dry Riesling by Emrich-Schönleber from one of Germany’s smaller wine regions, Nahe, where the emphasis is on quality over quantity. This is a real treat!!

Rumour also has it that our Helen’s Bay store has opened Judith Beck’s mighty Zweigelt from Austria - if you happen to be over that direction make sure to call in & see David!
