PULPO ALBARIÑO 2023

Tasting Note - Made from Albariño grapes grown in the Salnés Valley region of Rías Baixas, located close to the town of Cambados. Here, on undulating hills, the vineyards are planted on rocky and alluvial soils; they benefit from cooling influence of the nearby Atlantic Ocean. Unoaked, the wine is a bright, pale lemon colour with hints of apple green. Aromas of white flowers, hints of peach and apricot lead to a fresh, fruity palate; it has a lovely intensity and an almost saline minerality. Serve well chilled.

Grenache / Garnacha from RHÔNE VALLEY, FRANCE.
Tasting Notes - Exceptional woodland notes with spice overlayed with a deliciously mouth-watering palate of raspberries, vanilla, and red forest berries. Elegant and complex. The tannins are fine and silky and the wine finishes long and clean with a hint of licorice. Can be enjoyed now however can also age remarkably well for a decade or more.

🍷Allo 2023 from Portugal
Tasting Notes- Allo is a vibrant and precise blended white wine with a gorgeous balance due Alvarinho grapes which gives structure to the Loureiro grape’s, this blend is elegant with hints of a mineral aromatic’s. The resulting wine is brilliant yellow in colour, with a vibrant citrus flavour with an elegant finish.

🍷The Fantini Three Dreamers Red Wine represents the pinnacle of Fantini’s energies and research.
Tasting Notes - Deep ruby red with shades of blackplum. The aromas are deep and complex, ripe fruit, raisins, blackberries, sour cherries, cinnamon with touches of vanilla and dark chocolate. The palate has a powerful rush of cocoa powder, with notes of jammy blackcurrant and hints of mocha espresso and caramel toffee with a long finish.

🍷Muga Selección Especial Reserva, Rioja 2014
A step up from Muga’s standard Rioja reserva, this comes from the family’s superior vineyards and is aged in French oak for three years. This 2014 has deep, dark fruit with substantial weight and velvety tannins to support long ageing.

🍷Glen Carlou Chardonnay 2023
Distinctive fresh citrus characters, green apple and pear notes are evident on the nose and palate. An extended and elegant aftertaste is supported by crisp acid and finely grained tannins. The barrels are made from oak treated in the water-bending method which prepares the oak for toasting in a way that results in a softer mouthfeel”. Johnnie Calitz (winemaker)

The 2024 release marks 40 years of Midleton Very Rare - a vintage has been made available every year since 1984! It is a blend of single pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys, each specially chosen by Kevin O’Gorman, Midleton’s Master Distiller and his team.

Aroma -
Richly scented vanilla with delightful floral and herbal notes to the fore, while aromas of orchard fruits gently build over time, adding ripe apple and sweet pear. The pot still spices, complemented by the nuanced American oak, add warming notes of cinnamon, clove and freshly mown hay that mingle with the delectable notes of toffee and heather honey.
Taste -
Silky smooth and luscious at first with mouth-watering tropical fruit notes of peach and nectarine, combining effortlessly with the decadent tastes of crème brûlée, toffee-apple and chocolate dipped honeycomb. The delicate floral grain qualities and full-bodied pot still spices combine seamlessly with the charred oak influences, showcasing a wonderfully balanced yet complex and elegant whiskey.
Finish -
Lasting finish which sees the fruits and American oak continue to softly linger until the very end.

Redbreast Pedro Ximenéz (PX) Edition, the highly acclaimed inaugural release of the Redbreast Iberian Series, is now a permanent addition to the Redbreast portfolio! The Iberian Series adds a new and exciting chapter to the Redbreast Family story with whiskeys finished in casks sourced from the sun-drenched bodegas of Spain and Portugal, suffused with the natural warmth and sweetness of the Iberian peninsula.

A Single Pot Still Whiskey, tripled distilled, initially matured in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks before being re-casked in delectable Pedro Ximénez Hogsheads from the southern tip of Spain, for a sweet finish.

On the nose are hints of fruit, spices and toasted nuts combine with the subtly sweet aroma of Pedro Ximénez sherry seasoned casks. A zesty, syrupy mouthful with the perfect balance of fruit, spice and toasted notes, with rich and long sweet flavours linger on the palate.

By incorporating the cream sherry casks, they have created a whiskey that boasts a rich profile of dark chocolate, blackcurrants, and hazelnuts. This expression not only honours the heritage but also showcases their commitment to innovation in Irish whiskey.

Nose - Delectable berry fruit aromas of ripe blackcurrants and raspberries accompanied by sugar glazed cherries and dried fig. Indulgent tones of hazelnut chocolate and caramelised stone fruits with warming and fragrant notes of toasted almonds and cinnamon, nestled alongside polished oak and worn leather.

EXTRAIT DE ROMARION PINOT NOIR 2022

Bright ruby red colour. Very aromatic bouquet in the glass with red-berry, floral and liquorice notes that last. The tannins are soft and well integrated. The red-berry flavours of wild strawberry & blackcurrant lingers on the palate.

The Vignobles Foncalieu cooperative was founded in 1967 and produces Pays d’Oc IGP wines across the Languedoc, as well as from individual appellations like Corbières, Minervois and St Chinian. Les Vignobles was awarded the title of Best Cooperative in France.
