If you’re looking to drinking, we have some fantastic new options other than beer, cider and mead!

You can now have a steep soda company soft drink, one of four fantastic white box cocktails or a can of organic sparkling white! There’s no excuse now not to bring the Mrs for a drink.

Heres the plan for Jan this year. We are staying open this week with the usual hours.

We will shut Sunday the 12th to do some shop jobs. After 8 years, the shop desperately needs a lick of paint and a few other things that need fixing.

We are hoping to reopen Friday 18th. If we speed through the jobs we will reopen sooner. Keep your eye out on socials.

In the meantime this week, there is 15% off all beer in-store and online. Use code 'sale' when shopping online.

New wines and a few stocks on your faves 🍷

Guaranteed delivery by Christmas has now passed, although we are still shipping up until Friday and on Monday, but these may not arrive in time.

If you're in Ambleside up until Christmas just swing by we have plenty of beery, wine, meady delights and stuff!

Out of a stock on a few local beers but most should be back in by Thursday!

As we approach the festive period here are some dates and information regarding orders and deliveries.

So that you have your parcel before the big day our cut off for delivery before Christmas is 11.30am 17th December.

We are still shipping up until the 23rd but due to extra demand through the courier network parcels may not arrive in time.

Parcels can arrive anytime from 7.30am. You will get tracking and updates by email through our courier but always leave safe place info where possible to ensure there are no delays. You can do this in the box before checkout. Please click the link in the email from the courier to rearrange delivery or add safe place info.

The courier will only try to deliver your parcels twice, then they are returned to us. Unfortunately a redelivery fee is then applicable if you want it resending.

Due to some local breweries closing early for Christmas, we recommend that you get your orders in early to avoid missing out on items. Some items will not be able to be restocked until mid January.

We are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Now that is a table full of beer.

We’ve just received delivery of some fantastic new beers from 3sons, Kees, Speciation, Baron, Verdant, Holy Goat and Bereta.

Within this haul we have barrel aged imperial stouts some of which are brand-new to the Uk. Sharp sour Wild ales. As well as fresh new IPA’s.

Some of these won’t last long so get them while you can!

It's the Ambleside light switch on this weekend. As usual we have gone all out with our decorations 🎄

Open the usual hours all weekend. Fri & Sat till 6.30pm.

Tables open all day Saturday for drinking in. Updated mead menu. All cans and bottles of beery delightful-ness to sup in or takeaway.
