It’s a double - we were delighted to hand over 2 - yes 2 £250 donations this week. £250 to the fantastic Sam Lobban Trophy to raise money for young men’s mental health and also £250 to Culter Thunder FC to help pay fees for those less fortunate. MHA offer free counseling services, breaking down stigma and empowering individuals.
Just to break down, a donation of:

£10 = 15 minutes of Counselling
£20 = 30 minutes of Counselling
£30 = 45 minutes of Counselling
£40 = 60 minutes of Counselling

With your donation, MHA provides over 22,000 counseling sessions yearly. Your support directly funds counseling sessions, staying local to benefit our community. 9 in 10 of us have experienced a mental health challenge or know someone who has.
