Bavarian Smoked Beer

Containing traditionally used, Bamberg originated, beech smoked malt, we've aimed to replicate one of the oldest German beer styles, trying to remain true to the style, without the addition of any artificial smoked flavourings or essences. This beer is rich in it's body and contains the, expected smoked aromas and flavours.

All the hops are weighed in separate bags to add at various stages in the boil. Complete with full instructions.

INGREDIENTS:
Malts
Hops
Yeast
ABV 4.0-4.3%

These kits have been designed to introduce all grain home-brew to complete beginners, or making the jump from extract brewing, with little more than everyday household equipment.

These kits contain everything you need to brew your own beer:

One 1.75kg Bulldog beer kit (makes 23L) with varietal beer yeast.
A large 32L fermenter with printed scale, lid, airlock and b**g.
One sachet of sterilizer
One beer & wine hydrometer
One telescopic syphon
One LCD thermometer
The only things you will need to add are water, sugar and bottles (or use a keg).
