This single grain whisky was distilled in 1998 at the North British Distillery. Aged in a single sherry hogshead for 26 years, this whisky is bursting with chocolate, caramel and raisins. Absolutely delicious 😋 We have this open to sample so pop on down and join us for a dram 🥃

This bottling is the first release from Foursquare Rum Distillery to contain Rum matured in ex-Black Muscat casks. Specifically, it is a blend of two aged Rums: a dual-maturation comprising a five-year-old ex-Bourbon cask that enjoyed a further nine years in an ex-Black Muscat cask. This dual-maturation was further blended with a fourteen-year-old ex-Bourbon caskmatured Rum.

EQUIDEM is a Single Blended Rum, meaning that it is a blend of heavy and light marques distilled in the copper double retort pot-still and the continuous twin column stills of Foursquare Rum Distillery. This excellent expression of Rum has been fully matured, blended and bottled on-site.

Presented at 61% alcohol by volume, without chill-filtration, at its natural colour and free from sweeteners and other adjuncts.

We’re super excited to have taken delivery of 5 epic new single casks from the brilliant independent bottler Finn Thomson 🥃

We’re pretty excited about this coal Ila 18 Year Old

This is the third of a series of sherried malts from Caol Ila Distillery, bottled by Finn Thomson, and the oldest of them all.

It was distilled in 2006 and aged for 18 years in a single cask that previously held Oloroso sherry. The sherry influence works beautifully with the underlying fruity flavour of Caol Ila, balancing the smokiness by adding sweetness to the malt, resulting in a delicate and balanced, smoky malt.

To honour Strathearn's distinctive flavour profile and the time invested in crafting its rich spirit, Batch 02 has been created with the same careful cask selection as its predecessor - ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak and ex-Sherry Oak. However, with a greater emphasis on Bourbon cask influence and a reduced proportion of Virgin Oak, this release presents a more rounded Strathearn, enchancing its natural creaminess, freshness, and overall balance.

The shift allows the distillery's spirit to shine with heightened elegance, a testament to the deepening understanding of Strathearn's unique character. Batch 02 comprises a vatting of 31 casks, drawn from both inherited stock and those produced under Douglas Laing's ownership.

This Edition of heavily peated Port Charlotte was aged for 18 years in oak casks before bottling in 2025. Limited to 8,000 bottles, this single malt is the epitome of maturrity and elegance, showcasing Port Charlotte's signature, 40PPM, dry peat smoke character in the most refined way.

Palate Honey, hazelnut and salted caramel mingle with peat smoke.

Finish A subtle minerality thanks to the spirits' all Islay maturation.

‘We filled 20 Bourbon barrels with our 30ppm peated spirit, finishing them in Mezcal casks for over a year and a half. The result, bottled at a punchy ABV of 50% is a bright combo of earthy, grassy, maritime spirit, enriched with green, vegetal brightness’

Loch Gorm 2025 edition is the first ever Loch Gorm aged for over 10 years. It combines 23 First-fill and 20 re-fill carefully selected oloroso sherry butts.

We are thrilled to have partnered with Little Brown Dog Spirits for our most recent Aberdeen Whisky Shop Exclusive. This single cask bottling from Macduff Distillery was distilled in 2010 and double cask finished, first in a Four Square rum cask, then in to a Jamaican Rum cask before bottling this year. Bottled at natural cask strength of 59.2% without chill filtration. Only 180 Bottles have been produced. NOSE: Highland Toffee sweetness, with pineapple and papaya tropical fruit flavours. With the addition of a few drops of water, it becomes softer on the nose. PALATE: Initial floral notes with hints of jasmine, sugared almonds and delicate sea salt. For the spice heads add a drop or two of water. FINISH: Lingering warm allspice. Included our obligatory high budget video.
