Every Friday we have a staff tasting but some Fridays are better than others. This is such a day! 🍷

Nicolas Jay is a boutique winery located in Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley, specializing in Pinot Noir. The winery is a collaborative venture between music executive Jay Boberg and Burgundian winemaker Jean-Nicolas Méo of the esteemed Domaine Méo-Camuzet in France.
This partnership combines Boberg’s passion for Oregon wines with Méo’s extensive winemaking expertise from his experience in Burgundy, aiming to produce Pinot Noirs that reflect the unique terroir of the Willamette Valley.
The 2016 is a rich and expressive wine with beautiful notes of black cherries and plums. The palate is full of juicy fruit and offers a striking minerality. 🍒
