the kailoma brewing Co.’s sole purpose is to brew, bottle, and supply “Fiji time” to the world in the form of MOKUSIGA - Fiji’s first boutique craft beer. MOKUSIGA is brewed with Fiji water. The beer itself is a boutique lager with a crisp easy to drink flavour. The flavour stands as the point of difference and rivals the traditionally bitter, full bodied, and harsher conventional Fiji beers. The

colour of the beer has a wheaty golden yellow hue, bursting with vibrance when held to the backdrop of the Fijian summer sun. The label is unassuming and tasteful; a silhouetted imprint of a traditional Fijian voivoi mat, contrasting the natural golden shimmer of the beer; working in harmony with the piercing sunlight, breathing life and colour into the voivoi mat design.
