Let’s celebrate the essential: love, in all its variables, without labels or limitations. Bring whoever you want (mother, partner, dog, parrot...) or come yourself and you will have a table where you can meet new people. Our Pop Up chef for the day of Love is Cristina Alimentart, a plant-based and creative chef passionate about generating emotions through cooking. Specialising in retreats, cooking courses and private consultations, Cristina is also co-founder of .mallorca

The menu will be a proposal of small gifts that intimately represent love according to Cristina, inspired by her childhood memories and fused with the principles of macrobiotic and Mediterranean cuisine. Each dish is designed only for this event and meant to be shared with the people around you.

“As an Indonesian living on Mallorca for more than 6 years now, cooking has become my passion in life along with music and other artsy stuff.
I cook since I was little. My mom showed me how to do it and I just love the whole process of creating and mixing flavours and ingredients. It’s not easy to find all of them here on the island . I need to have some sent from my home town in Indonesia. When I see the faces of my family and friends telling me that they love the result of long hours in the kitchen, it just makes my day and I feel so happy and proud of being Indonesian.
And now it is time to share the experience with all of you. I hope you S**A (means “like” in Indonesian) my true and homey Indonesian dishes and I can’t wait to see and hear from you.”

We feel honored ! Arnold , former head chef of St. John’s in London and Przem are spreading their magic for an explosion of your taste buds , Friday the 6th. Here the “A la Carte Menu”:
“Autumn quiche” with fennel, mushrooms and broccoli from a local farm, crunchy daikon, oxalis pistou and wild rocket

Veal terrine, covered with sourdough breadcrumbs and pan fried, orange & mustard condiment, pickled tomatoes and wasabi herbs

Consommé of caramelised onions & lemongrass, chicken leg ravioli and chives

Jerusalem artichoke salad, roast red onions and olives
