This Saturday, we celebrate our third birthday which will also be our last day of trade at our cozy little shop on c/ de la Gerreria.

When we opened three years ago, we dreamed of running a wine shop. But you turned CAV. into something so much bigger - a daytime hangout, Thursday night block parties, and a buzzing hub for community and connection, and for that, we are eternally thankful. Having said this, we’ve reached the limits of what our license and this space can support.

While this chapter closes with bittersweet tears, it’s also an opportunity for CAV. to evolve!

📦Online shop + subscriptions: We’re still here for all your natty wine needs through our online shop and monthly CAV. Club subscription service that delivers straight to you. DM us for suggestions, we always want to talk wine.

🍷Pop-ups + events: Stay tuned for the continuation of bar nights, Christmas pop-ups, and plenty more IRL surprises.

🏨CAV. Distribution: We’re excited to double down on CAV. Distribution, bringing natural wine to even more restaurants and bars across Mallorca. Keep an eye out for our wines at your favorite local spots, from Mercat Tramuntana to Bar la Sang.

We’re celebrating the end of this chapter all week and with a bang on Saturday. Join us for one last toast at c/ de la Gerreria.

JUGO VINS NOUVEAU Tease

As we do every year, we’ve made a Mallorquin nouveau called Soft Wash, launching this Thursday, November 21st—the same third Thursday of November when the world celebrates the new vintage of Beaujolais.

We’ll be opening bottles of Soft Wash all day and, of course, pouring some classic French wines too. Each bottle is unique—hand-bottled, hand-labeled, and featuring a hand-painted design by our man, Magnus Reid.

12 PM – 8 PM at CAV. No reservations. Walk-ins and wage tails welcome.

Think Great Gatsby—we’re starting the night with pure sophistication, but as the bottles flow, so does the wild excess. Get ready to sip, dance, and lose yourself in the vibes. Bottles and projects we just love. Ariadna and Ricard are two of those people whose passion is contagious. They chose to buy a vineyard instead of an apartment to chase their dream of creating some of the region’s most exciting sparkling wines. Both under 30 and already making waves, we love their wines just as they are—and can’t help but be excited for what’s still to come.

Harvest 2024 is in full swing, and we’ve got lots of active ferments going! While we can’t wait to wrap things up we’re thinking about what this vintage Nouveau will taste like. In the meantime, here’s a shot of our 2023 Soft Wash Nouveau.

Even though we’re busy doing boring winemaking things, the shop is open and running! Visit us daily from 12pm-8pm, and don’t miss Bar Nights on Thursdays from 12pm-9pm.

Here is our juicy lineup from ! This Catalonia-based project is a collaboration between Alex Craighead of Kindelli Wines and Mike Shepherd. These small-batch wines are crafted with no added sulfites, wild yeasts, fining, or filtration. 🌿✨

Mallorca’s biggest weekend for natural wine is coming up! Poc a Poc wine fair is happening this Sunday at Lundgren Wines.

If you’re a CAV. and La Sang regular then this is your chance to meet the makers behind the bottles fueling your nights! If you’re not so sure about natural wine then come along and let us show you how varied and interesting our world is.

This is what dreams are made of! A lineup from Finca Parera.

Finca Parera is a family-run winery in Sant Llorenç, Penedès. They focus on biodynamic farming and natural winemaking. The team includes Jordi Parera, Rubèn Parera (20+ years in biodynamics), Jordi Puigmacià, and K**e Vila. They grow various crops and keep bees and donkeys, all certified by DEMETER and CCPAE. Their wines are made using concrete tanks, clay jugs, barrels, stainless steel tubs, and demijohns.

It is BAR NIGHT! Every Thursday night from 5pm to 9pm, we offer an extended menu, pour some of the finest drinks by the glass, and play great tunes in our cave below.

Last pour is at 9pm. See you soon!

Also, we’re thinking about doing a rerun of our limited edition Vine Man t-shirts. At the end of the day, we’re all wine-men and wine-women with wine running through our veins. Comment if you want to be notified when they drop.

Jugo Vins 2023 vintage is finally ready for drinking. We’re having a spring release party this Friday at CAV. and you’re invited!

If you didn’t know, on top of slinging wine at CAV. we also make a little island wine - Jugo Vins means juicy wines and our motto is wines for whenever.

We’ll be celebrating all day 12-8pm so swing by when suits. Starting from 6pm our new neighbors, Santa Chiara Pizzeria, will be delivering pizzas right to CAV. so we can sip sip and eat eat.
