**Position:** Supermarket Staff
**Location:** Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, Spain (Across from Hard Rock Hotel)
**Responsibilities:**
- Skillfully manage cash registers, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing.
- Accurately oversee inventory, restocking items as needed and adhering to strict stock control measures.
- Demonstrate our commitment to quality by preparing baked goods according to our high standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, contributing to a positive shopping environment.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, embodying our customer-focused approach.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Full-time availability, including weekends.
- While previous experience is valued, we welcome applications from individuals eager to learn and grow.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Compensation:**
- Enjoy a competitive starting salary of €1,450, supplemented with performance-based bonuses. Initial Salary: €1,450 Gross plus Bonuses based on performance, output, and monthly aptitude.
