Good afternoon,

So, a number of people have been in touch with us regarding an article that has appeared in this weeks Euro Weekly News referring to us here at Restaurante Los Lucas in Puertecico.

I am afraid Leigh and I knew NOTHING about this article being written/ cut and pasted and EWN have never had the decency to even contact us regarding the information in the article or to even ask if they could use any photos, (obviously to work for EWN you must be good at Cut and Paste from Businesses pages and Websites).

Therefore, I am afraid we are NOT reopening the Restaurant and NO you cant book for Christmas Day either...lol.

I have written to the woman who cut and pasted the article and am awaiting a reply....cant wait for this one...lol.

Once again a Big Thank You to Vélez Stores, IDEAL Supermarket Huercal Overa and Harrisons Convenience Store for your stock orders from us here at Restaurante Los Lucas in El Puertecico.
Everyone is now stocked up with Pies, Quiches, Sausage Rolls, Side Orders and Desserts.
Remember if they have run out of your favourites....sorry...sold all of their stock... then you can ask any of the lovely people working in these places to pre order your favourites for the next delivery (we deliver every 2 weeks as we deliver the products chilled).
Also a Big Thank You from Leigh and myself for all of your support, it really is very much appreciated.

So, 2 years ago today this monster entered our lives....Rizzo...he is a mix of Spanish Water Dog and French Bouvier (he is now 6 years old) and has been a bit of a handful since day one....bless him...but a joy to have him come into our home after we so sadly lost Rufus.
We can see the positive changes in him but god knows what the previous owners did to him...oh how i would love to meet them one day .
So here's to many more years with us and being the daft dog that he is...

All of the Pies and other Dishes are Homemade and Freshly Cooked, and collected as Chilled for you to either reheat or freeze, and there are also instructions regarding reheating and freezing.

Orders to be with us here at Restaurante Los Lucas by 6pm on Friday 10th January 2025.

So when placing your order please let us know which location your would prefer.

Wednesday 15th January 2025 - Collection from us here at Restaurante Los Lucas in El Puertecico.

Restaurante Los Lucas will be here with a Stall at the Christmas Craft Fair at Velez Stores on Saturday 30th November from 10am to 1.30pm.

On our Stall we will have some very festive produce including Pies, Quiches, Sausage Rolls, Tarts, Fudges......all NEW flavours for the Festive Season....so why not come along and have a look.

Have a drive up to the Christmas Craft Fair at Velez Stores in Velez Rubio, its approximately 30 to 35 minutes from Huercal Overa and motorway all the way (E15 AP7 then the A-92N).

Well, thats another Pie/Lunch Takeaway completed, and a Huge Thank You to everyone from Leigh and myself who collected from us here at Restaurante Los Lucas or from one of our now many drop off/collection points.

Watch this space as we will have some more drop off/collections points in the New Year.

Some great feedback on the dishes already eaten, and Thank You so much for your comments they really are appreciated, and some suggestions for the next Takeaway as well (looks like Sweet and Sour Chicken is a firm favourite..lol).

Many thanks to Mick and Annette Francis at Vélez Stores for offering us a Stall at their Craft Fair yesterday in Velez Rubio.
We nearly sold out of everything and met some lovely people.
Also some great feedback on the products we were selling on the day, but also from people who already buy our products from Vélez Stores.

So this Saturday 11th May Restaurante Los Lucas will have a Stall at the Vélez Stores Craft Fair in Velez Rubio from 10am to 2pm.
