During our wine tastings, you can savor the unique Fontclara olive oil collection, presented only in SALUT.

From the hundred-year-old olive trees on the estate in Palau-Sator, the Arbequina and Argudell varieties were created, resulting in premium extra virgin olive oil Fontclara.
Made from hand-picked olives grown, this olive oil is about love and passion, tradition, land, olive groves and gastronomy.

What is a wine studio? Salut is an intimate wine tasting room and educational space. We offer regular tastings of small, independent Spanish and Catalan producers, courses on Spanish and French wines and wine regions, and wine picnics. We would love to host your event in our beautiful space.
