He will be bringing his expertise on local and international cheeses to the table, teaching in a fun, relaxed way about how the cheeses are made and a little bit of their history. I've long been a champion of Spain's big, bold rosés as many of you in my tastings have heard me go on and on about. Especially for the pleasant pairing options they provide with bold Spanish flavors. Pleased to see so many of our excellent Spanish wines represented here.

Darker-coloured, full-bodied rosé styles may have slipped out of the spotlight, but they offer a useful combination of summery style and versatility...
