Når ferien begynder, udvider vi vores åbningstider og byder dig velkommen til vores hidtil mest ambitiøse sommer! Vores serveringsbevilling blev udstedt sidste efterår, og vi sætter den på prøve i vores hyggelige lille butik. Kom og nyd et glas vin (eller en flaske!) i solskinnet alle dage i juli & august.

Vi har åbent til sent hver uge fredag ​​& lørdag. Hvor sent? Det er op til dig. Hvis vi har gæster her, der nyder de lange solrige aftener, holder vi åbent for at imødekomme dine behov, og vi finder ud af, hvad der passer os alle.

Forvent et lille, skiftende udvalg af vine på glas, iskolde øl fra .nu, sæsonbestemte sodavand fra .is samt tallerkener med oste og hjemmelavet marmelade, økologisk charcuteri fra og andre lækre snacks i vores åbningstider. Kom og vælg nogle lækre vine, oste og fine delikatessevarer til din ferie, og bliv hængende for et hurtigt glas og en snack, inden du tager hjem.

Monday to Thursday 9-18
Friday & Saturday 9-Late.
Sunday 10-16

As the holiday begins, we extend our hours and welcome you for our most ambitious summer so far! Our serving license was granted last autumn and we are putting it to the test in our cosy little shop. Come and join us for a glass of wine (or a bottle!) in the sunshine any day throughout July & August.

We will be open until late each week on Friday & Saturday. How late? It’s up to you. If we have guests here enjoying the long sunny evenings, then we will stay open to accommodate for you, we will find out what suits us all.

Expect a small, rotating selection of wines by the glass, ice cold beers from .nu , seasonal sodas from .is as well as sharing plates of cheeses & house preserves, organic charcuterie from , and other delicious snacks during our opening hours. Come pick out some great wines, cheeses & fine deli goods for your vacation, and stick around for a quick glass of something and a snack before you head back home.

A SPECIAL KIOSKEN REUNION "BAR A VIN"

We invite you to join us next Thursday 29th & Friday 30th of May to mark the return of a local legend - Kiosken på Odden’s co-founder Markus Oxelman (.oxel)

Markus and Matthew will join forces once again for two days of food, drinks and deep cellar bottles served by the glass at most friendly prices! Come by both days from 12 and say cheers, share a glass with us, enjoy some delicious snacks and relish the long weekend on our beloved Odden.

Paella is coming to the Kiosk this Easter. We will be joined on 18. & 19. April by Eva from Ris Paella, who will prepare 2 styles of paella from her region — Valenciana & de Mariscos. We will be pouring a selection of Valencian natural wines, thoughtfully paired with both paellas. Space is limited so book now to experience authentic Valencian culture.

Eva explains “Paella is more than just a dish—it’s a way of life, a tradition my family has cherished in Valencia for generations. My dream is to bring that experience here: gathering around the fire, watching the paella cook before your eyes, raising a glass of wine, and enjoying the moment together, just as we and our ancestors have done for many generations before.”

She will be cooking and serving two styles, Paella Valenciana - the most traditional to the province and enjoyed by many local families every Sunday. Filled with organic chicken & rabbit, green beans, butterbeans, wild garlic, fresh rosemary & saffron - this version represents the true taste of the region. The other Paella de Mariscos - a more international version filled with a luxurious selection of fresh seafood - locally caught whole langoustines, squid & blue mussels.

Paella is a dish best served as soon as it is ready and we want to ensure that everyone enjoys the same dining experience together. We have decided to serve at four times throughout both days - two times at Lunch and two at Dinner. You can reserve a spot at Lunch at 12 & 14, or at Dinner at 16 & 18. We ask that people arrive promptly for their reservation. Come early and have a chat with Eva, grab a glass of wine from our great selection of natural wines sourced from around Valencia. Once the paella is ready we will serve everyone in a communal dining setting, all sitting around the table together at the front of the Kiosk in the spring sunshine.

Spaces will be limited, so booking in advance is highly recommended. We will only have a small amount of space for walk-ins during Lunch & Dinner both days. Payments will be taken on the day by MobilePay or Cash.

📢 Important Pricing Update

Since opening in 2021, I’ve done everything I can to keep prices steady—absorbing rising wholesale costs, maintaining tight margins, and being resourceful finding ways to make things work. But with dairy prices skyrocketing, delivery fees climbing, and overheads creeping up, I can’t avoid a price increase on cheeses and fresh produce any longer. This is the first adjustment in over two years, and can assure you that it is not a decision I’ve made lightly.
My goal has always been to offer high-quality, thoughtfully sourced products at fair prices. To do that sustainably, I need to adapt to survive. I appreciate your understanding and support more than I am able to express, especially through difficult times of change.
There is plenty to look forward to in the Spring — brand new products, seasonal treats, and a few surprises in the works. I have some important announcement to make in the near future so stay tuned, and I can’t wait to see you all in the spring sunshine! 🌞✨

📢 Vigtig Prisopdatering

Siden åbningen i 2021 har jeg gjort alt for at holde priserne stabile—absorberet stigende engrospriser, arbejdet med stramme marginer og været kreativ for at få det hele til at hænge sammen. Men med himmelflugten på mejeripriser, stigende leveringsomkostninger og generelle udgifter, er jeg nødt til at justere priserne på oste og friske råvarer. Det er første gang i over to år, og beslutningen har ikke været let.
Mit mål har altid været at tilbyde kvalitetsprodukter til fair priser, men for at gøre det bæredygtigt, må jeg tilpasse mig. Jeg sætter stor pris på jeres støtte og forståelse, især i tider med forandring.
Foråret bringer masser af spændende nyheder—helt nye produkter, sæsonens lækkerier og et par overraskelser. Jeg har også en vigtig annoncering på vej, så hold øje, og jeg glæder mig til at se jer i forårssolen! 🌞✨

It’s 2025, and another year has come and gone—a year full of difficulties and unprecedented challenges, but also meaningful progress. January, so far, has been a time to rest and recover after the countless hours spent building and sustaining Kiosken på Odden. Running an independent business that supports creativity, allows me to explore my own interests, and lets me maintain personal integrity isn’t easy, but it’s essential to who I am.

There are many days when maintaining the motivation to keep the door open is a struggle, but the support you all have shown—whether through buying a piece of cheese, a bottle of wine, or a jar of preserves—keeps me looking forward. Your encouragement makes it possible to continue this work, despite all its challenges.

Looking ahead, I have plans to continue to grow Kiosken in an alternative direction—ways that positively impact our local community and environment. While resources are always tight, your continued support can help turn ideas into reality.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to another year of working together to make something special.

Autumn is here and I am again asking if anyone within the local area of Odden, or who travels to the area before the end of the year if they are will to help me with donations of fruits, vegetables, edible flowers or herbs from their gardens, and in exchange, you will get some jars of preserves that are produced with your donations.
You can DM me if you are interested in donating or you can swing by the Kiosk during our opening hours of 9 to 17 Thursday to Sunday, or everyday during Week 42 and drop off the produce then.
I will get back in contact when your preserve is ready to be picked up.
