Cheval Bondieu is a "rhum extraordinaire": a hybrid spirit created from both pure cane juice and agricole rum distillates, then aged in a mix of French and American oak barrels. The result is a layered, silky expression with notes of ripe fruit, honey, warm spice, vanilla, and charred wood.
