Yesterday was bittersweet for my athlete @bheckscher! Sticking to his numbers on the bike and running his fastest 5k from kilometre 37-42 is really all you can ask for as a coach. So to see him miss Hawaii by one spot truly sucks! We will get there eventually but not this time 💪 #recoverandregroup #hardworkpaysoffs #ironmancairns
I’ve been coaching Anton Kort for more than 3 years. Last weekend was his first race under my guidance 🤯 Couldn’t be happier to see him win 70.3 Hawaii and qualify for the big dance in October 😍

Today Lene Beith Broberg dropped by to execute one of our trail specific session on my treadmill. We are only a few weeks out from the national elite champs in trail running so we are wasting no time. I’m very pleased to see her progression and looking forward to race day 💪
