Det er for tidligt til nisser og juleklokker, men det er bestemt ikke for tidligt til en god glögg!

🍒🍊Vi har REBÆLs Røde Gløgg på menuen, som er baseret på økologisk spansk Trempanillo, tilsat saft fra kirsebær, appelsin og ingefær. 🍒🍊

Gløggen er smagt til med sødmefulde dadler, massevis af julede krydderier samt en god sjat brændevin, der alt sammen efterlader dig i et ualmindeligt godt humør 🦦✨

our collaboration, .garden x is in full swing. Today we did a fieldtrip to the farm to say hello to all the different types of greens that ends up in our salads and sandwiches. Leben provides us with vegetables how they are intended to be: fresh, clean, loved and tasty. NO PESTICIDES. He fights nature with nature. But besides that we use the produce in the kihoskh kitchen and in : you can also reserve a vegetable box, every week it contains new vegetables, fruits and what not. All seasonal. 🥕🌱🫶🫚🥦🍅🫛

we are known for having a wide selection of alcoholic beverages but we are way more than that ✨

1. besides providing us with bread, croissants and buns, they also bless us with homemade muesli and many more.

2&3. Kombucha kombucha kombucha.

4. Opened a magazine at a random page and this is what appeared.

5. Everyday life in the kihoskh.

6. Looking for a last minute gift? Since we are open everyday a year you can always find something to bring to a party.

7. We’ve been grilling lately. Check our future stories to see when our grill master, Steve, is at it again.

This is Nejo, you have probably seen him around Kihoskh a million times. He has been part of Kihoskh for over 20 years, collecting ‘Pant’, cleaning tables and hanging around the boulevard. We’ve visited @folkkombucha down the street in the meat packing district. Nina, the founder, gave us a wonderful tour to get to know the ins and outs of the production and the ideology behind the brand. We’ve met up with Theophilos from @psycheorganic to talk about the story behind their fantastic olive oil. On this classic Copenhagen summer rainy day we talked about the origin of the olives, the choices being made while designing the bag, and much more. Find this product in kihoskh on the shelves !

1.87 is the magic number when entering our @thecellar_kihoskh . If you are taller than this you have to bend over a little bit while walking but this only adds up to the feeling of going on a treasure hunt. Right?

This Saturday we have a taco night! Kihoskh Kitchen x Leben Garden: devour tacos with locally produced veggies from our partner @leben.garden 🌮 Meet the farmer behind the freshest ingredients in our salads and sandwiches. Plus we have Omnipollo beers on tap 🍻. We start at 17:00—don’t miss out!!

Albert came up with this weeks salad! A delicious one with baked harissa leaks, pearl barley, buckwheat, squash, dill, red beets, Rosa patatoes and dehydrated beets. The chewiness of the pearl barley goes so well with the crispyness of the buckwheat. All of the greens are grown on sjælland by @leben.garden

yes we have beer from the tap, wine by the glass but now we also have 4 different cocktails by the glass. D ferments came through with four flavours. Paloma,margarita, yuzu and negroni. Ask in the store for all the ingredients ✨☀️🫶
