Food was amazing, owner (Daniel) was very inviting and very knowledgeable of different types of Rum and how they are made. The food was so delicious and I’ll definitely come back again when we visit Copenhagen!

I don’t know how to say this without it sounding just like hyperbole…this sandwich was the best sandwich I have ever had. Ever. Serious.

Rum Club Cph gløggen har fået ejet navn og mærke, Vintervarme😍
Den første gløgg der er lavet på kvalitetsrødvin fra Rioja, Spanien, og lavet som en vermut ved at aromatisere rødvinen med naturlige ingredienser og tilsat alkohol.
Den er havnet på 18% og kommer indtil videre i 1l. flasker, dog er der en 3l Bag in Box på vej, som det CO2 venlige alternativ...
Den kan dog altid krydres yderligere enten med Appleton 8 års eller matusalem 15 solera rom, hvis kulden er for meget og ens indre pirate kræver det, enten som take away eller til klub medlemmer...🥃

☕️🥃🍹At Rum Club Cph, we love flavours... So when we had to do a HOT chocolate 🍫 for the less sunny summer days in Copenhagen, we end up blending 3 kinds of pure chocolate into our full fat milk🍶 and turn it into our amazing hot chocolate... Flavours are out of this world...
We can also add sweetness and whipped cream for you 😉

After 20 years with sending Danish chefs into the Forrest to find strange stuff we have not eaten for a millennia, We have chosen to go back to the abuelas pickles and using the flovour composer method as a cook to remake a forgotten Danish classic: the FRIKADELLE sandwich(Traditionel Danish meatballs) with mulled wine pickled red cabbage, whitewine pickled cucumbers, hot madrass Curry remoulade and on a charlots based bechamel med Dijon and nut meg...
Come down and try it... It's been approved by old folks from All over Denmark, such as Als, Aalborg and Humlebæk...

PS. We are reordering more caps, have it in a trucker or Flexfit model, let me know if you want one...

Det var ikke hvad vi regnede med at skulle lave i lokalerne, men nu kan i bare komme an... Vi relancerer en glemt helt i det danske køkken, frikadelle sandwich'n is back... Gløgg syltet rødkål, hvidvin og dild syltet agurker, brød fra den lokale pizza bager, hjemmerørt remoulade med madrass Curry, hjemmelavet bechamelsauce og øko frikadeller...😅😂😜
