If you haven’t noticed, the shop is closed down, BUT we will in the future be installing a fridge in the bar right next door, for you to get your TO-GO beers!

From this Friday we’ll be selling beers from our window at both draft and cans/bottles TO-GO, from 12.00-19.00.

We’ll of cause have sanitizer, keep distance and follow the guidelines from the Danish Government. Take care and stay responsible!

What did you do in high school? Well, these guys from Norbæk makes amazing local sour beers in extremely limited quantities in their spare time. We are lucky enough to have a few bottles of this a absolutely beauty of a beer 🤩

First special release for Saturday is from Baghaven - we have ONE case 💛

We are very excited to announce the release of a new fruited Danish Saison, Aprimira. The base beer for Aprimira was aged in a French oak Italian red wine foeder for 25 months with our house yeast and bacteria culture. After maturation in oak was completed, we racked it onto heaps of fresh aprimira plums grown in Slangerup, right outside of Copenhagen.

The origin of the aprimira fruit is not entirely known, however, we do know that it is a crossbreed between a cherry plum (mirabelle) and an apricot. The fruit is about the size of a typical mirabelle plum, but has the texture and color of an apricot. The flavor leans a bit more towards the apricot side, but there is some definite plum character present as well.

The fruit maceration lasted 3 months, with a final fruit rate of 410 grams of fruit per liter of beer. It was packaged in dark green 75 cL bottles on 03-10-2018.

A new week with HELP in focus. HELP, a Mikkeller pale ale with a social conscience. All profits from the sale of HELP will fund safe spaces for Syrian refugee children in Lebanon, in a collaborative project between Mikkeller and the Danish Refugee Council. The idea for the project was seeded when we saw a photo series of the refugee children’s plight by Swedish photographer Martin Wennman. “We can debate refugee problems all we want, but when one sees these photos it is obvious what the essence is and how vast the contrast is between our own children and lives,” says Mikkel Borg Bjergsø The beers is always available in the shop.
