This dessert fuses Danish craftsmanship with Harvey Nichols’ pastry expertise, incorporating raw liquorice into a crisp cocoa pastry filled with a creamy chocolate mixture infused with a 3 - RED liquorice purée. The tart is topped with cranberry, ganache, and our new DOUBLE CHOCOLATE liquorice.
