As I often say, any event (or almost) is a good time to order a cake. Isn't it?😄
The last time I made a “book” cake was over two years ago now. So I had a little difficulty defining the final dimensions of this one. However, the design was already clear, I can count on my creative mind which almost never lets me down. It was once again a great opportunity to test my ability.
For the "on fleek" 💅🏽 touch I was able to count on the printed fondant from the shop 👌🏽

MY BIRTHDAY CAKE 2024

✨ I am grateful for my life, for what life offers me, the joys and the sorrows, the laughter and the tears, the sun and the rain. I am grateful for all the caring people I have around me. I am also grateful for the lessons I have learned from my bad experiences over the past few years. I can't wait to see what this new year brings, and what I know for sure is that I will get through this with grace, pride, courage, strength and determination. 🎉🎀🎈

Je suis reconnaissante pour toutes les personnes bienveillantes que j'ai autour de moi. Je suis aussi reconnaissante pour les leçons que j'ai apprises de mes mauvaises expériences au cours de ces dernières années. WEIHNACHTSBROWNIES (CHRISTMASTREE-BROWNIES)

🎄Das Rezept ist von (Rezept könnt ihr auf ihre Seite ansehen). Statt Zartbitter habe ich eine Milchschokolade Ganache verwendet. Es ist super gelungen und schmeckt wunderbar. Mit Kaffee oder Tee kam es als Nachtisch bei uns vor und am Weihnachten. 😊

PEPPA PIG CAKE ✨ Yes, it looks a bit different from what I normally do. It's because I had to send it per Post for my niece's birthday, since she's living 600 km from my place. Luckily the cake arrived in full and on time.👌🏽 I was so happy🤗 ✨ And so the cake was made of a vanilla sponge cake, filled with a semi dark chocolate buttercream and Oreo crumble. And as cover I have used a dark chocolate ganache under a layer of sugar paste. This is my formula for safe shipping.
