A few weeks ago we introduced our new cocktail menu. So let's have a look at one of our new 'babies', Huacita...

What's so special about our Huacita? It's not the Barsol Pisco Primera Quabranta or the lime ofcourse, but there's this secret little ingredient we've added... It's called huacatay, a paste made of Peruvian black mint, and it will add a fresh herbal taste to the already floral notes of the Pisco.

When you drink our Huacita you'll quickly be dreaming about your very own Peruvian holiday....Machu Picchu, The Inca Trail and lot's and lot's of Pisco.....what more can you want? ! 🇵🇪

Very creative twist to the classic Pisco Sour and it looks (and pretty sure also tastes) gorgeous!
