This super juicy grapefruit forward IPA was brewed with our good friends, the amazing Beak Brewing from Lewes, England. This is a glass of pure juice. Lovely citrusy bitterness rounded out beautifully by that classic Sabro coconut creaminess. Definitely one to wax lyrical about.

🧙‍♂️🧝‍♂️ We're On A Quest For Glory! 🧝‍♂️🧙‍♂️

In all the excitement of our most recent releases like our first AF brew and the 2nd DIPA in our Krush range you might have missed this cheeky little IPA... it's the 2nd release in collaboration with FWD program which we are proud to be the only German brewery taking part in. The first release was Invisible Eyes which made use of a brand new hop extract while this beer makes use of a brand new hop...HBC 1134.

This new hop variety is known for its almost noble hop qualities with its gentle flavours of pine, citrus & grapefruit. It was recommended as a lager hop but at Fuerst Wiacek we always like to think outside the box so we mixed it with Citra and made a truly drinkable, mild and delicious IPA.

Well, black weekend is over and it's back to business as usual. We thank you for your continued support, we had a record breaking amount of sales once again and we are so grateful to everyone who ordered. We truly hope you enjoy the beers!

With all the excitement around Beer To End All Beers you might have missed some of the other new releases from last week and I couldn't allow this utter banger to go by unoticed!

Whippersnapper is a DDH DIPA hopped within an inch of it's life with Citra and Loral. Our latest batch of Loral is tasting so amazing that every beer it touches turns to liquid gold. Fruity, floral, peppery and juicier than the most juicy thing you can think of...probably an orange, I open it up for discussion in the comments.

🍺💥 The Beer To End All Beers 💥🍺

So, we released our first QIPA last week, The Beer To End All Beers and we were totally overwhelmed with your response. The beer sold out within 4 days of being released which for us, is totally crazy. We would like to thank you all for your support and for those who missed out, there are still some out there in a few bars and shops so don't fret, you can still taste this momentus moment in our history.

As you may or may not know, this beer was brewed to celebrate a long time friend and supporter of ours, Felipe or as he's better known, reaching his 10,000th beer on . An achievement that I think all craft beer fans can respect and appreciate. We are proud to have shared in this milestone with him and I'll hand it over to the words he sent about what this means to him...

I would've never imagined that one day, I would check in 10,000 beers on untappd. Throughout this journey, I have tried various beer styles from so many breweries. However, there is one brewery that stands out for me and I seek to try every new beer and batches that they put out.

"In 2017, I had my first Fuerst Wiacek beer in Berlin. “A quick one while she’s away”. It was so fresh, well-balanced and crushable. One quick one wasn't enough, so I had to have more. I became a fan and was interested in trying more of the beers and FW would eventually become my favourite brewery.

So now, I'm 9,999 beers in on untappd, and I knew that beer number 10,000 had to be special. I reached out to Lukasz to see if FW could brew something. Expecting a negative answer due to so many beers that they are brewing, I didn't get my hopes up at all. I mentioned if it was possible, any style would do but joking a bit, I said, "what about a QIPA?". And suddenly, I got a positive answer.

I am beyond excited to try this hop bomb and make that check in with all those who share the same passion towards beer. So, cheers to 10,000 beers and to the FW family past and present for all the beers they’ve brewed."

🚀🪐 This Week's New Beer 🪐🚀

This week marks the return of a true classic from the Fuerst Wiacek back catalogue in the form of Jejune, our unbelievably juicy and moreish IPA hopped with Mosaic & Simcoe. Our second, a red ale was first released in celebration of International Women's Day earlier this year; She Wants More is our modern take on the classic Irish Red Ale's our brewer Laura enjoyed during her time in Ireland.

The first of this week's new brews comes in the form of this delicious little session IPA dry hopped with new American hop, McKenzie. McKenzie is known for its bright flavours of stone fruit, grapefruit and classic pine and resin notes.

This is an easy drinking, well balanced Session IPA. The flavours harken back to the early days of the British craft beer scene. Pine resin, grapefruit, stone fruit and a pleasant, biscuity maltiness. A fantastically crushable and charmingly nostalgic brew.
