Vini Bossanova is coming to town
Nat Colantino: From the airport to Restaurant Matthias to have a Masterclass regarding their interpretation of the New Abruzzo
Completely biodynamic in the field, they rely on spontaneous fermentation and mainly on maturation in cement tanks. The result is delicious expressions of Trebbiano d'Abruzzo and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo in different variations: pure Montepulciano, pure Trebbiano, a glowing Cerasuolo and a skin-contact Trebbianso as well as a cuvée made from Montepulciano and a little Merlot.

Natural and orange wines have been conquering Berlin for some time now; "funky", "cool", "funny" seem to have become words that can be used to describe these wines.

Marco and Arne want to show you how reductive such expressions are compared to the elegance, finesse and complexity of precisely crafted natural wines: Tasting wines from western Sicily, the aim is to let the desire for complexity increase the pleasure of the beauty of natural wines.
