Andrea and Natalino from Abruzzo have been delighting the world for several years now with excellent wines that bring music to the glass. The unrouge is a juicy red wine, but it deliberately holds back its fruit, giving the Montepulciano grape the chance to develop its minerality and acidity.
A pleasant, uncomplicated wine, fresh and yet full of flavor. A discovery for everyone and especially for those who don't want to have the feeling of drinking a red fruit cocktail with a Montepulciano.
und aus den Abruzzen erfreuen die Welt jetzt seit einigen Jahren mit vorzüglichen Weinen, die Musik ins Glas bringen. Der unrouge ist ein saftiger Rotwein, allerdings hält er seine Frucht gezielt zurück und öffnet damit der Montepulciano Traube die Chance auch Mineralität und Säure zu entfalten.
Ein angenehmer, unkomplizierter Wein, frisch und trotzdem voll im Geschmack. Eine Entdeckung für alle und vor allem für die, die bei einem Montepulciano nicht das Gefühl haben möchten, einen roten Fruchtcocktail zu trinken.

Piana dei Sassi 2022 - Glowing in the dark!
The penultimate wine from our beginners-box is the refreshing rosé wine from Sveva: the Aglianico grapes are macerated for just three hours! The result is a glowing color, while it is unexpectedly dark for a rosé in the usual sense. Meanwhile, the palate also has the same experience: the energy and spiciness of the Aglianico grapes and the calcareous soil ensure a great intensity of taste, while the short contact with the skins ensures that the wine comes across as incredibly fresh and light: a real summer rosé, with which we continue to face the Berlin-autumn!
PS: By the way, the name means “plain of stones” - and in the last photo you can see where this wine got its name from.
Als vorletzten Wein aus unserer Anfänger-Kiste gibt es den erfrischenden Rosé-Wein von Sveva: bloß drei Stunden liegen die Aglianico-Trauben auf der Maische! Das Ergebnis davon ist eine glühende Farbe, während sie für einen Rosé im üblichen Sinne ungeahnt dunkel ist. Dieselbe Erfahrung macht derweil auch der Gaumen: Die Energie und die Würzigkeit der Aglianico-Trauben und der kalkhaltige Boden sorgen für eine große Geschmacksintensität, während der kurze Schalenkontakt dafür sorgt, dass der Wein ungemein frisch und leicht daherkommt: ein wirklicher Sommer-Rosé, mit dem wir uns weiter dem Herbst entgegen stellen!
PS: Der Name bedeutet übrigens "Ebene der Steine" - und auf dem letzten Foto könnt Ihr sehen, woher dieser Wein seinen Namen bekam.
