Xibal Gin is a drink distilled through a copper alembic, in the presence of natural botanicals such as juniper roots, pericón, fennel, coriander, and spices such as black pepper, lemon, laurel, cardamomo, pericon and orange. All under the strictest quality controls, which guarantee the highest purity.
MAIN INGREDIENTS: Black Pepper, Lemon, Laurel, Cardamon, Pericon, Orange
TASTING NOTES: Colour: Glossy, transparent liquid with luminous flashes that make it look slightly metallic. Nose: Predominant notes of juniper, followed by fresh notes of cardamom, combined with a mixture of herbal notes characteristic of Mesoamerica, to culminate with citrus notes of lemon and orange. Stalinskaya Tonic!!!
Ingredients
50 ml vodka Stalinskaya Red
150 ml tonic water
Method
Build – it is built directly in the glass, over ice cubes.
Garnish (ornament)
1 slice of pink grapefruit
2 pickled cucumbers
Preparation method
Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes.
Pour Stalinskaya Red vodka over ice.
Top up with tonic water.
Mix gently with a bar spoon.
Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and two pickled cucumbers.
Tasting notes
The combination of clean vodka and the slightly bitter taste of tonic water, complemented by the aroma of grapefruit and the salty contrast of pickles.

To make Sausage Tree Pure Irish Vodka, the fruits of the kigelia tree and wild Irish nettle are distilled alongside Irish grains at the distillery in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim.
As PJ contemplated the majestic plant, he recognised the innate kinship between it and the wild Irish nettle, found in the unspoiled woodlands of Drumshanbo, and also known for its purifying powers.
He brought them together at The Shed Distillery with Irish grain to distil “nature’s purest tasting vodka”.
