Spring-time in a glass, this beauty is an easy sipper
- INGREDIENTS:
60 ml TARQUIN'S BLACKBERRY GIN
30 ml LEMON JUICE
30 ml SIMPLE SYRUP (1:1)
FRESH BLACKBERRIES (for garnish)
ROSEMARY SPRIG (for garnish)
cubed ICE
- METHOD:
Add all your wet ingredients (except 10ml Blackberry Gin – to drizzle over at the end) to an iced shaker.
Shake hard for 20 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice
Drizzle over the reserved 10ml Blackberry Gin.
Garnish with fresh blackberries and rosemary
