For our latest collaboration beer, we have teamed up with Candy Kittens who have been shaking up the sweet game for the past decade. Our liquid tribute to the gourmet gummies is just as big on flavour as its inspiration. The beer pours bright pink, with notes of tropical guava and ripe raspberry spilling from the glass. The mouthfeel is full-bodied, juicy and smooth. Bitterness is low, with fresh hops working wonders alongside a hint of sweetness for this triumph of crafted confectionery.

Triple Hazy Jane is awash with a melee of soft ripe fruit flavours spanning from peach to mango to apricot. Beneath the onslaught of juicy hops is a low background bitterness that’s complemented by flashes of light resin and glimmering hints of pine, all culminating in a 9.5% chorus that’s both full-bodied and super smooth.

The 1906 Reserva Especial is made from carefully selected malts and hops of the aromatic Perle Hallertau variety, providing a good balance of aroma and bitterness. Its dark amber colour and pleasant roasted notes come from a generous use of roasted malts.

The head is abundant and creamy, retained throughout drinking and leaving a characteristic “Belgian lace”. The alcohol is very well integrated and the sensation of alcohol in the mouth is mild and warm, without the roughness usually found in beers of the same alcohol content.

50ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
25ml lemon juice
2 dashes of foaming bitters or egg white

Add the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.Shake hard, add ice and shake again. Double strain over ice in a tall, chilled glass and top with soda.Garnish with seasonal herbs.

Ένα ακόμα άκρως επιτυχημένο CYPRUS BAR SHOW 2023 έχει ολοκληρωθεί, με την ευκαιρία αυτού του event η εταιρία μας είχε προκηρύξει διαγωνισμό για τους Bartenders για κοκτέιλ με Hayman's GIN, Bush Rum και Double Dutch mixers, είχαμε 12 εξαιρετικές συμμετοχές που δυσκόλεψαν αρκετά τους κριτές μας, η έκπληξη ήταν ότι βγήκαν 2 πρώτοι νικητές αφού είχαν ισόβαθμο αποτέλεσμα με επιτυχία και ακολούθησε ο δεύτερος και ο τρίτος, δηλαδή αντί 3 νικητες ένας ανά ένας ανά θέση βγήκαν 4 και μπράβο και στους 4!
