➡️ Things to Remember About Storing Vegetables🥬
☝🏽 All vegetables are different, so it’s best to follow certain practices when it comes to storing them.
- Avoid storing fruits and vegetables together. Many fruits emit ethylene gas, which ripens the produce and speeds up the spoiling process. Some of the biggest culprits? Apricots, apples, avocados, bananas, and tomatoes.
- Don’t wash your veggies right away. Moisture speeds spoiling, so avoid washing vegetables until you’re ready to eat. If you do have to wash your produce, store it in a sealed container lined with paper towels.
- Refrigerate if cut. Any produce that has been pre-cut or peeled should be refrigerated. Just make sure your fridge is clean and organized before adding any extra clutter.

☝🏽 Todas las verduras son diferentes, por lo que es mejor seguir ciertas prácticas cuando se trata de almacenarlas.
~ Evita almacenar frutas y verduras juntas. Muchas frutas emiten gas etileno, que madura los productos y acelera el proceso de deterioro. ¿Algunos de los mayores culpables? Albaricoques, manzanas, aguacates, bananos y tomates.
~ No laves tus verduras de inmediato. La humedad acelera el deterioro, así que evita lavar las verduras hasta que estés listo para comer. Si tienes que lavar tus productos, almacénalos en un recipiente sellado forrado con toallas de papel.
~ Refrigera si están cortadas. Cualquier producto que haya sido pre-cortado o pelado debe refrigerarse. Solo asegúrate de que tu refrigerador esté limpio y organizado antes de añadir cualquier desorden adicional.

We Loaf U 🧡 Sourdough bread is closest to our heart. Always made with love, never yeast.
🧈Our sourdough Country Loaf is hand-shaped and fermented in small batches for at least 48h - it has the classic batard shape, high-hydration and super-crunchy crust. We have experimented until getting a deep, yet not-too-sour taste, loved by kids and grown-ups alike.
💭 Did you know that many people with IBS, gluten intolerance, or gluten sensitivity can tolerate sourdough bread? The methods used to make sourdough break down some of the gluten in the flour so it is easier to digest and less inflammatory, partly due to the long fermentation process.

Seriously, they’re really easy to make because you blend all the ingredients in a blender and that’s it! 🧇🙌🏽 Here’s the recipe (we didn’t measure anything, just eyeballed it, so we invite you to experiment too 😉): * Oats * Egg * Ripe banana * Baking powder * Golden sun milk from @animamundiherbals * Milk of your choice Blend everything, grease the waffle iron with butter, and add the mixture.
