Old Ballantruan Smokey Original Peated Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Old Ballantruan Smokey is a standout offering from the renowned Tomintoul distillery, nestled in the Speyside region of Scotland. In contrast to the traditional Speyside style, this single malt Scotch whisky is peated at 55 ppm (parts per million), resulting in a smoky flavor profile.

Speyburn – Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky 16-year-old

Matured for sixteen years exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and bottled only for Travel Retail; the resulting dram is bursting with notes of zesty fruit and creamy vanilla. Sweet pears and tropical pineapple give way to hints of white chocolate and honey; all wrapped together with a gentle spiciness.Drinkers can expect notes of apple, pear, vanilla, liquorice, toffee, pineapple, peaches in syrup, coconut flakes, bright oak, cinnamon, nutmeg and jasmine tea.

Arran Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a product from the Isle of Arran Distillery, which is located on the Isle of Arran in Scotland. Amarone Cask Finish: This particular expression from Arran undergoes a special finishing process in Amarone wine casks. The whisky is transferred into these casks for a period of time, typically after an initial maturation in traditional whisky casks like bourbon barrels.

Buffalo Trace was first introduced in 1999 and is a marriage of no more than 45 barrels of 9 year old whiskey. Buffalo Trace is also bottled by hand.

Made from the finest corn, rye and barley malt. This whiskey ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity. The taste is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit. The smooth finish lingers on the palate. This will never change.

Hart Brothers Cask Strength North British 23yo 1994(51.4%)

The Hart Brothers Cask Strength North British 23 years old 1994 is a Lowlands single grain from the North British distillery bottled by the independent bottler Hart Brothers. This North British was distiled in September 1994 and matured in a bourbon hogshead. It was bottled in February 2018 at natural cask strength of 51,4% ABV, non chilfiltered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release.

Nose: tropical with dark fruit, hazelnut, cinnamon and sweet spices
Palate: powerful with hazelnut, cloves, black coffee, purple fruit, espresso bitters and dried raisins
Finish: coffee bitters, sweet spices and liquorice
