!! BEER OF THE WEEK !!

This week we are featuring a completely new brewer to be found here in Switzerland. We already introduced you to Sofia Electric and this is their Insider NEIPA. This beer is a showcase of New Zealand hops (Motueka, Nelson, Pacific Gem and Galaxy) and therefore bursts flavors of tropical fruit, gooseberry and even a hint of white wine grapes. An absolute must try from Bulgaria!

!! BEER OF THE WEEK !!

Our first ever featured beer of the week is one of the most special beers we stock. This collab brew by White Stork Brewery - Пивоварна Бял Щърк from Bulgaria and Hop Hooligans from Romania is an Imperial Stout. This heavy bodied beer was brewed with smoked tea and was then aged for 14 months in Tawny & Ruby Porter Barrels. Caravanserai features aromas of smoke, coffee, raisins and oak. You never had a beer like this before!

Food pairing: Nothing, just enjoy it by itself!
