Here’s an outdoor furniture set I was able to finish not too long ago! Had some personal reasons for delays but I’m feeling much better now! These are actually 2 separate pieces that can be pulled apart to make 2 sectionals! The second picture illustrates how this would look!

Got a nice entryway piece done for the day using old reclaimed wood!! It’s the little things that help make a house a home!

This project also really has me wanting to work on my welding skills 😅! To be frank, my skills are 0 as I had absolutely nothing to do with making this frame! So if you are continuing to read this caption.. I assure you, you are wasting your time.. because I didn’t weld this frame🤣

I was able to sling another set of these corn hole boards out this weekend! This photo has no filters or anything, I love the way it naturally “pops”. I’ve already got a waiting list on corn hole boards.. but I’ll always have room for a little bit more 😉

One thing I grew accustomed with at University was having a desk in my room! The rustic/farmhouse style was something I have really liked so I figured I’d try it out in my room!

To put it simply.. YES.. we can do more than just inside projects!! This customer already had the numbers and wanted to add some magic to his front yard! All dimensions and sizes were as requested by him and his partner.. so I was simply the man just swinging the hammer!

This was built using Cedar and coated multiple times with Helmsman spar urethane to be able to handle everything thrown at it.. including the kitchen sink!

Photo #2 shows a perpendicular piece of cedar in the middle that will allow for soil to be placed and flowers to grow from. I thought this was a great and creative idea given by my customer once again!

My girlfriend is up visiting which means we are in the midst of self-isolating! Thankfully her arrival was just in time as I was able to use her muscles to make this! We wanted to make a table together and list it on marketplace and use the proceeds for a fun (and Covid responsible) date night. This was a fun date in itself!

We used 2x6’s on top and followed a semi Farmhouse approach for this as well! We used a torch to help get the wood’s natural grain to pop!

Here’s a beast of a custom desk I made for a client based upon their requests and specifications! 7’ along the back and a 4’ tongue on the right side! We had discussed this desk for a while, but it was after my last post we settled on the weathered grey farmhouse style desk! This was a fun project and one I’m happy to add to the catalogue!

Materials Used:
- for all pocket hole connections! I cannot express enough how beneficial these jugs are! I use the K5 model but is not necessary for your everyday projects!

- Weathered Grey Oil-Based Stain

- for all lumbar supplies

- desktop was made from 3/4 Birch Plywood

- 12” Mitre Saw, Hand Planer, and Table Saw

Wrapping up my weekend projects and was wondering which stain is more appreciated!
I haven’t applied a Polyurethane coating yet to give it that final pop.. but nonetheless it was a productive weekend with some time to kick back and enjoy the remainder of Sunday!

Hello there and happy !!

I wanted to share with you one of my more popular items this summer! This example is a pallet wood coffee table I made for a customer!

Typically I will use reclaimed pallet wood and include the originality of old nail holes and distressed look, however, she wanted the appeal of the pallet style but with clean boards and the finish turned out great! This was done with a Minwax Dark Walnut interior stain!

The Hairpin Legs provide a great Mid-Century feel which is definitely on trend and adds some great versatility to any room!
