The amazing person has been stealing purses and backpacks from employees at Uptown Mall. He is gaining access into back areas where staff leave their stuff while working.
One person who had their purse stolen followed the purchases he made on her credit card though online banking. Yesterday September 19th at 3:36pm he purchased 4 packs of smokes a torch lighter and butane here at BCSS. He used the TAP feature on the card to make the purchases. If you know who he is or his girlfriend who also is in the video please contact Saanich Police.
