Barbaresco D.O.C.G. Bernadot is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in a small cru in the hills of Treiso, at an elevation of over 400 metres, on a plot of land shaped like a natural amphitheatre. This particular microclimate has enabled the production of a wine with notable softness.

RUSSIZ SUPERIORE COLLIO RIBOLLA GIALLA

Ribolla Gialla is an indigenous variety from Friuli Venezia Giulia, with roots that trace back to the history and winemaking traditions of this region since the 14th century, offering its best expression in the hilly area between Udine and Gorizia.

🥂 Starting with the 2022 vintage, the Russiz Superiore line has been enriched with the introduction of our RUSSIZ SUPERIORE COLLIO RIBOLLA GIALLA, a project that began several years earlier with the search for an interpretation of this grape variety that is consistent with the "Russiz Superiore style."

Characterized by a straw-yellow color with mature reflections, whose aromas, harmonized by a hint of wood, range from tropical notes to acidic fruits such as mandarin and citrus pulp. These are joined by hints of spiced smoke, toasted nuts, and rosemary. The taste retains a certain freshness, but its core directs it towards a savory and salty tone. Its lasting gustatory presence brings out chalky notes, given by the combination of tannins and acidity.
