One of the stars of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Fruliano is light and fresh, with notes of bitter almond, pear, wild flowers, and acacia. This is a great wine for pairing with vegetable heavy dishes and it can even work with tricky foods to pair like Brussels sprouts and cabbage! Have it alongside a pasta primavera or as a refreshing aperitif.
