Liberty is family owned and is the largest chain of private wine retailers in Western Canada. Established in 1986, Liberty has six wine locations in Metro Vancouver as well as its original site in Point Roberts, Washington.

This is a great wine for pairing with vegetable heavy dishes and it can even work with tricky foods to pair like Brussels sprouts and cabbage! Have it alongside a pasta primavera or as a refreshing aperitif.

Aurora’s Fiobbo Pecorino is an incredibly structured and intensely fresh white wine from the Offida region in Marche, Italy. It offers rich aromas of stone fruit, red apples, fresh herbs, and even a touch of pomegranate with the perfect amount of acidity and minerality. Largely crediting their terroir for their beautiful wines, Aurora has made a commitment to organic/biodynamic farming since 1980 and even co-founded the Association of Organic Marche Farmers. A unique and beautiful wine, perfect on its own, or paired with white fish or warm olive focaccia.

This perfect blend of organic Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre from Martinelle is bright, fresh, and juicy, with lovely flavours of raspberry, violets, and spice. A little different from what you might expect from a red from southern Rhone, as the altitude and cooler weather creates a lighter and higher-acid wine, but it is undoubtedly delicious and worth a try!
