This small batch 1200 bottle limited release is created with local ingredients on Vancouver Island.
The Whisky is barrel-aged in bourbon, beer, and wine barrels for 5 to 9 years at the award winning Phillips Brewery Company’s Fermentorium Distillery in Victoria,B.C.

Parabola has tasting notes of rose, violet, lavender and juniper.

Vancouver Island Brewing Sea Dog is a smooth amber ale.
Mild caramel malts with a clean, roasted, and dry finish.
I really enjoyed this beer.

We are officially into fall.
Start your morning coffee off with a Vancouver Island made coffee liqueur.
This semi sweet liqueur is sweet enough to be enjoyed at room temperature, chilled it makes a delicious cocktail like a Shaft or a Whte or Black Russian.

This new and interesting liqueur is from Mexico.
They have two processes for the chiles, one is harvesting some early while still green, the rest are harvested once they turn red.
A portion of the chiles are fire roasted to retain their bright and crisp flavours.
Some are mashed, others a hand cut to ensure they use only the finest chiles.
The chiles are left for a half year to soak in small vats of neutral cane spirit.
Once blended chiles are ready it is bottled and inspected by the Master Blender.
A great addition to any bar.
Spice up your ceasar or your life.
