We sampled in coffee, by itself and over ice cream; paired with some yummy sugary treats…perfect way to start a Sunday morning 👌🏻
Coffee was from our friends at The Stop Coffee House and Gathering Place - Live At The Stop ☕️

We will be closing tonight at 8pm in preparation of: 1) our liqueur tasting first thing tomorrow morning and 2) The GST relief ending and going back to normal tomorrow.

🚨VENDOR REGISTRATION OPEN!🚨

The 9th Annual 'Taste of Diamond Valley' is now open for vendor registration, a reminder that non-liquor vendors can sample (and sell) items!

Taking place on Friday, April 25th from 630-930pm, this event will sell out and is a great chance for some fun and exposure. If interested in participating, please message us for more info. Liquor vendors can connect with Valley Liquor (403-933-2722) for more on that side.

All proceeds from this great event go to Oilfields Food Bank, must be 18+ to attend and tickets will be available in early March - stay tuned!

Hello Diamond Valley. It's been a hot minute since we last posted so I am sure there are a few questions......

But first - Can you cook? Need a Job?..... read on.....

A lot of internal renovations are underway and once these are done? We will have the AHS inspection and then the AGLC paperwork. We decided to keep quiet over Xmas and the New Year and let other places have their soiree's and just do some much needed work.

We are currently on schedule with renovations - thankfully. You may have seen a lot of junk outside the buiding; thats an indication of the mass clearout with 3 small bins and one very large bin filled with junk and memoirs. :D
We are still aiming for Jan 16 for the soft opening but are at the mercy of the official agencies who will do inspections on dates of their choosing.

That being said.......hiring is complete for the server side but do send in résumés if interested in being on our callup list. We do have names on reserve already.

Now, to the cool part. Our head cook / chef would like to recruit one more person for the kitchen. We would like some experience so there will preferential scoring for someone with 5 years as opposed to 5 months. AHS certification is mandatory and will be required to be presented.
