The red is a blend of Syrah Grenache , an explosion of red fruits in the mouth.
While the white is a blend of Uni blanc Colombard , a nose of lemon skin , mineral wine.

- Vermentino Nero from Italy 2021, light and delicate tannins , red fruits berries taste . A little chill for your summer barbecue, as your perfect pairing. 30$cad / bottle,
- Cremant de Bordeaux de France NV , rose or white , thin bubble , creamy wines 25$cad / bottle,

🔈 We are almost sold out of this Morgon Côtes du Py Old vines vintage 2021 🔔
The vineyard - the largest of Côtes du Py in Beaujolais - is maintained by Vincent Geoffroy (left person on the picture).
This gamay, is vinified in stainless steal tanks to keep its fruitiness. Medium body wine, blueberries and blackberries, underlined by grey pepper touch and a nice mineralogy finish.

The Domaine de Boissan, is the oldest vineyard of the Ventoux in the Rhône valley region.
It started to produce wines in the 1800s. Now Victor the 6th generation of the Bonfils family, made it clear: he wants to keep the highest product quality, made with the best hands and grapes. To entirely satisfy the customers.

The 2020 Vacqueyras is a blend of Syrah and Grenache.
The deep red colour announced a pretty fruity wine with some serious tannins.
The nose calls for red fruits. It releases some serious tannins while tasting, on ripe red fruits. The wine is thick, will pair very well with red meats, cheeses.

This is a gem “The World Winery”. A white Burgundy, Les Perrieres Hautes Côtes de Beaune from Domaine d’Ardhuy.
100% Chardonnay, the vines are 30 years of age, exposed full south and help to get this elegant and exceptional wine.

The wine color is yellow pale et limpid. The nose is full of white fruit flesh. In the mouth it is precise , tensed , mineral and gourmand. A pleasure wine to be drink cold.
