📣 New supplier announcement 📣
We are pleased to welcome our portfolio
The project was started by Juan Antonio Ponce at the age of 23. The vineyards are located in the region of Manchuela and focus on showcasing the potential of the Bobal grape. He previously worked for a few years with renowned winemaker Telmo Rodriguez. Juan works biodynamically in the vineyards and uses very little sulfur and indigenous yeasts. The wines show wonderful ripe fruit, elegance, and complexity, and they are often rated as some of the best wines in Spain 🇪🇸 by the major wine press. The wines have just arrived in Ontario and are ready to taste. Vamos!

It is with great pleasure that we announce one of our newest partnerships .and.soul
This project is based on idyllic old vineyards in the Pinhao valley, Douro. Jorge and Sandra, husband and wife, are the winemakers who use a minimal intervention style to showcase the terroir. The results speak for themselves with very high praise from critics for all the wines and wonderful ports. These wines are not to be missed, and they are available now in Ontario.

Guess who's back? Well...not exactly. It's Chamine from Cortes de Cima.

If you haven't heard have had a bit of a revolution under the guidance of , moving to organic, biodynamic and sustainable practices to improve the natural ecosystems and of course the quality of grapes 🍇 and better grapes mean, better wines.

This new improved version is the first release that display the hard work that has been taking place in the vineyards for the past few years.

A blend of Syrah, Touriga Franca, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet. The 100% estate grown fruit was handpicked at night and fermented spontaneously with 30% whole bunches using gentle extraction. Aged in old French oak for 12 months before blending and spending at least another 12 months in inox before bottling at the estate.

New arrival 🚢 from Portugal 🇵🇹 is the Quinta Pedra Cavada from
This great value red wine comes from the hot region of the Douro superior, but at a high elevation.
A blend of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, and a few others, aged in oak barrels on granite and schist soils. Aromas of red berries, vanilla, and spice. Palate is dry and medium bodied with ripe red fruits, ripe but moderate tannins a nice pairing with aged cheeses or red meats.

Have you ever tried a white wine from Bairrada, Portugal 🇵🇹? If you enjoy fresh mineral whites, this is for you. The Vinha Velhas white is made from old vines, a blend of Bical, Cercial and Sercilinho. Aged on the lees and French oak for six months. Aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, yellow plums, the palate has good weight, and zippy acidity and just stays on the palate like a much more expensive wine.
