Noble Pale Ale, 4.7%

Inspired by one of the greatest beers of all time, Maximus utilizes ample amounts of Noble Hops during the boil, whirlpool and dry hop phases of the brewing process. A simple grain bill of Pilsner and Wheat malts give this beer a light and approachable base to display the pleasantly aromatic, slightly fruity and floral hop character that the German Noble hops display so beautifully. Overall, an elegant and nuanced refresher.

Each Friday we will tap and pour fresh, house-made lager served straight from the barrel - or ‘fass’ in German - for a truly authentic and festive beer experience. This traditional serving method contributes a creamy, frothy texture and opens the flavour of the beer, creating a heightened degree of drinkability. We will tap one 20L barrel per session, so get a mug or two while supplies last!

Starting today - Friday December 19th, we will be tapping a fresh Volo Nera (Schwarzbier) at 4:00pm. Hope to see you there!
