Junction 56 is a distillery in Stratford, Ontario. We produce uniquely designed spirits. We take pride in sourcing and producing our products locally.

Junction 56 is a craft distillery focussed on creating a range of high quality products. Our grain and wheat for our spirits is 100% Ontario grown. We currently distill Vodka, Gin and Moonshine (which is an unaged whisky), as well as some flavoured Moonshine products, Sugarshack, Fireshine and Eclipse. We are also busy putting whiskey in barrels to mature, and will have a fully aged whisky for rel

ease in 2019. We have a retail store onsite where our products can be purchased, and our Gin, Vodka and Moonshine are also available at select LCBO stores across Ontario. We offer public and private tours as well as host other events. Stop by and see us sometime and ask for our products at your local LCBO and bar/restaurant.

Our Gingerbread Liqueur is infused with pure local ginger, resulting in an invigorating liqueur with the nostalgic aroma of gingerbread. Notes of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and all spice combine with molasses to create the perfect balance of sweetness and spice on the palate.
