Foccacia Rgursday is:
Orange Citrus and Cramberry! Using orange juice instead of water, filling with soft cranberries and topping with a light vanilla glaze, this tangy citrus focaccia is just perfect!

We also have 100% Honey Oat loaves today. Combining 100% Whole Wheat with honey and oats. Soft, a little sweet and wholesome!

And when life gives you bananas, you make banana bread! Filled with chocolate chips and either plain or topped with a crunchy brown sugar topping!

Today is also Kamut Sourdough day! Combining organic flour from an ancient Egyptian wheat, with toasted sunflower, this is always one of my favorites!

Come check us out, we are sure to have something to satisfy any craving!

Wednesday's at the bakery means:
Organic Kamut Sourdough with Toasted Sunflower Seeds! Using an organic ancient grain, this is a unique flavor that is sure to please!
We will also bring carrying a 100% Whole Wheat on Wednesdays. Mixed with honey and oats, this is a hardy whole wheat bread with a subtle sweetness!

All of our sourdoughs are made traditionally and are a 3 day process. As such, we would ask that any orders for sourdough be made 48 hours in advance. Regular loaves, buns, twists, etc only require a 24 hour notice. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we try to provide quality baking.

Cinnamon Buns, a Featured Sourdough and your Deli Rye Loaf? It must be Friday!

Today's Featured Sourdough is:
Toasted Everything Bagel and Parmesan!!
Oven roasted Everything Bagel seasoning combined with a soft parmesan cheese. This is great toasted or used for grilled cheese.
Every Friday we also put out loaves of a soft Deli Rye Loaf. An organic light rye flour combined with a Rye sourdough starter, making the usually acidic flavor more subdued. Perfectly hardy for Reuben Grilled Cheese, soups or stews!

"Kings" Hawaiian Dinner Rolls! A soft, rich dough made with pineapple juice, milk, eggs and butter!
Cinnamon Sugar and Vanilla Glaze Focaccia!

Olive Oil and Rosemary! The olive oil softens the inside while giving the crust a bit of crunch while the rosemary gives an aromatic flavor! Perfect for a fall day, as a sandwich or side with soup. Did you know that rosemary also goes with honey?
As a new Friday Feature, we also will be carrying our new Organic Rye Loaf! This soft rye loaf uses a light organic rye flour, that isn't as acidic or heavy as a dark rye, but still packs a great flavor!
