Anyone recognize this girl? She was found in the Perth Line 8 and Granton Road area. She is safe and has been caught. She was taken to the Stratford Perth humane society in Stratford until her owners can be found.

Come pick up a water sample bottle at the store and get your water checked.

Thanks to Kirkton-Woodham Optimist Club for hosting the next Water Wise well water sampling and testing event, helping to make it easier for people to have their well water tested by Huron Perth Public Health. Get a water sample bottle at at Kirkton Market, Kirkton Library or Kirkton Post Office. Or you can get your sample bottle at the Feb. 18 Optimist breakfast, or at the Feb. 27 Water Wise event. Take your water sample and then return it to Kirkton-Woodham Community Centre, 70497 Road 164, Kirkton on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Then we'll get your water sample to Huron Perth Public Health for testing.

The Kirkton Rink will be closed for the next few days in hopes we can keep it frozen while the temperatures rise. We will update on Friday if anything changes for the weekend.

The Kirkton Rink is in need of volunteers for public skates this season. If you could spare a couple hours from time to time. This is the only way we can do our public skates. Thank you in advance.

We will be closed today for a bit. Cleaning up after we were robbed last night. If anyone knows these jerks, please let me or the huron opp know. Pictures aren't very good, but hopefully someone can help. There were 2 of them but the other one is dressed all in black.

We have lots of goodies for the long weekend. Fireworks, new coolers to try and yes Anna Mae's is back!!!! Get it while it lasts. We will be open regular hours Friday to Sunday and we will be open on Monday May 23rd from 10 till 4.
