Our Story

Crossroads Liquor Store has been a Sherwood Park staple for many years. Originally managed as a government owned liquor store, the store has changed hands a few times over since privatization.

In 2014, Jason Reynolds purchased Crossroads. Having worked as the food and beverage manager at the Dunvegan Inn and Suites for nearly 20 years, Jason brings extensive knowledge of hospitality, drink trends, and drink industry operations. In the spring of 2019, the store underwent a transformative renovation, nearly doubling the retail floorspace, opening up a walk-in beer cooler, and adding a wall of door coolers to accommodate the chilling of nearly all the inventory of white wines.

Supporting local craftsman, brewers and distillers is a focus of the store, and following renovations Jason has worked to make strong connections with industry start ups in the local area. A display in the heart of the store features products produced in Alberta only.

In addition to local products, Crossroads continues to grow an impressive collection of whiskeys from around the world. Particularly interested in scotch and bourbon, Jason would be happy to chat at length about either spirit.
