and that's one thing you won't have to worry about when you make your wines with us! We make wine the way nature intended: CLEAN & SIMPLE! We proudly ferment your wines, beers ciders and coolers with minimal sulphites and unlike all the other guys... WE DON'T USE ANY CLEARING ADDITIVES! Your wines are cold stabilized in our large walk in coolers, and while mellowing out the sharp acidic tones that

you find in a lot of craft wines, this is also where they naturally drop their sediment. We also use a 5 chamber course filter system that won't strip your wines of their colour, body, flavour and character. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE YOUR WINES, CIDERS, BEERS AND COOLERS! Local family owned and operated.

Made the way you like it, every time!

Here we have custom labels on a customer's blackberry port - fortified with Hennessy. It tasted great leaving our shop but a port style wine will really shine after some age in the bottles. With high phenolics, sweetness, and alcohol content this craft wine will continue it's ascend for years!

Thank you all for supporting Flying Fish Winery during this year's harvest!

In October we really filled up our shop with your local fresh fruit. We have seen every type of apple dropped off to turn into cider! Some apples are from trees well over 100 years old and go unidentified...if you are an apple aficionado let us know your favorite apples 👇

Midway through October we received our order of fresh grape juice and fresh grapes imported from Lodi Valley, CA. A special thank you is extended to all our staff members-who had to work some long days, and to all our customers who were so accommodating with their change in pickup date!

We are all busy at the shop working magic on your rhubarb, berries, plum, grapes, pears & apples to craft some beautiful beverages. Share a cider, bottle of wine or port with your friends or family and create some memories for us!

If you still have any apples, grapes, or frozen berries we still have space for you - drop your fruit off today and bottling day will be the end of January!
