Finally have a proper rack for our mead. I hated that our bottles weren’t on their sides and had nightmares of you guys fighting to get broken corks out of your bottles. Not anymore! Tuned a $25 marketplace find into this nice display. Pretty stoked with how it turned out.

It was a sad day at the Rutherford house. had a whoopsie while doing the dishes before her second coffee and we lost one of our Craft Beer Nation beer can glasses. Lucky I know where to get more! You can even come get one for yourself but I would suggest getting 2 it’s always a good idea to have a back up and also beer is best enjoyed with good company.

Getting the old exterior sign lit back up for the Alberta Food & Beverage EXPO. So far so good. I haven’t electrocuted myself and the sign hasn’t started on fire. Now if only our beer order would show up I could get on getting that received so we have stuff to sell at our onsite store. I think it’s going to be a late one here tonight. So if you’re driving by after 9pm and the store is still lit up stop on in we will stay open until we’re done.

Gonna be honest here. I never had Super Duper before we brought in the last batch. My first pass I didn’t understand what all the fuss was about. HOWEVER, I had brought home 2 can and this time, I don’t know what changed but the stars aligned and I’m all about it. 8% but with a nice juicy mid section and just the right amount of bitterness at the end. Going to bring a few more home before they are sold out. Don’t make the mistake I almost did and grab some before it’s gone!

Hairytats and I had a great time on the Fly Fishing Bow River Outfitters TNL couch last night. Sorry we had to close early yesterday but we had too make sure we got to the studio on time. Needed this. Cheers to warm weather and long days outside. Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone.

dropped some samples off for me to try and so far they have all been fantastic. This Wildlife IPA is pleasantly hoppy and their Winter Warmer has a rich chocolate flavour with hints of vanilla. The Back Diamond Blonde was subtle and smooth, and the British Brown had a nice caramel malt. Will be putting an order in soon for sure. Keep an eye out for them on the shelves in the near future.
