RIG HAND DISTILLERY NOW IN-STORE!
Rocking R Whisky - Generations of Stewarts before us have enjoyed Highland style single malt whisky. We have tapped our Scottish heritage to produce our own Scotch-style whisky. We use the best quality single malt barley Alberta produces to mash and distill in small batches. We move each batch through a series of used barrels for set periods of time. This unique barrel rotation process allows us to stackflavorss from four different types of barrels on top of each other, creating a complex, rounded, fruity flavor profile. Enjoy a wee dram and let it carry you back to the land of the brave.
Rig Hand Bucking Bull Spiced Brum:
Working in the patch can be a bit like a rodeo ride sometimes. When it does get like this we just hold on tight and let โer buck. Thatโs what adds spice to life in Alberta. By infusing Pimenta Racemosa in our sugar beet Brum, we have captured this cowboy spirit in our Bucking Bull Spiced Brum. Smooth and sweet on the tongue with a hot clove and vanilla finish. Grab a swig from the rig and hold on. Cheers!

Locally Sourced Ingredients. Our main grain supplier is Schneider Farms, a fourth-generation farm located two miles from the distillery.
