Say hello to the recipe of the month, Orange chai!

Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 bags chai tea blend
2 tablespoons Orange juice
0.5 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3/4 cup whole milk or nondairy milk
2 ounces Irish cream liqueur
Orange peel (garnish)

Instructions:
Bring the water to a simmer and add the tea bags in a saucepan. Simmer for five minutes and then remove the tea bags.

Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, maple syrup, milk and irish cream liqueur. Simmer until slightly thick and warm. Strain the cocktail into a glass.

Garnished with an orange

4 ounces cranberry juice
2 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces vodka
Cherry Tempest wood chips fuel (smoke)
Pineapple (garnish)

Instructions:
Combine the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and vodka in a mixing glass filled with ice & stir

Using the Foghat Smoker, smoke the Cherry Tempest wood chips fuel into the mixing glass

Strain the cocktail into a glass. Garnish with pineapple

2 ounces grapefruit juice
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar
2 slices jalapeno
Lemon or grapefruit (garnish)
Chili powder and salt (rim)

Instructions:
Combine the chili powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Rim the glass using this mixture

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and jalapeno inside the shaker & shake well

Ingredients:
1 ounce lemon juice
3 ounce honey simple syrup
2 ounce limoncello
Mint, flower or lemon (garnish)

Instructions:
Make the honey simple syrup by combining equal parts honey and water in a saucepan. Cook and frequently stir until the honey has dissolved.

Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the gin, lemon juice and honey simple syrup.

Shake for 30 seconds then strain in a glass.

Garnish with a mint, flower or a lemon.
