Nine years later we’ve proudly released BARNBURNER WHISKY. It is true classic Canadian Whisky. Blended of corn and rye grain whiskies aged 3 years, we then “double-age” at Maverick in virgin bourbon barrels which delivers a greater depth of flavour like no other Canadian whisky. GINSLINGER is a cumulation of our relentless experimentation. It has a big bold fresh juniper taste resulting from the ‘cold-pressing’ of wild local juniper and the finest botanicals available of which many are hand-foraged from the local Niagara Escarpment. GINSLINGER has an unparalleled fresh taste which perfectly balances a gin and tonic. Check back please for news of its release date in a few months!
