Raspberry Jam?! In your Northern Keep cocktail? Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it: the fruity and smooth That’s my Jam Cocktail!

1 oz Northern Keep Vodka
1 tablespoon Raspberry Jam
2 oz Pineapple juice

Shake with ice for fifteen seconds. Strain into a chilled low ball or martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.

Enjoy responsibly.
